Globe Real Estate, Inc. Agrees to: 

• Build your information in to our site.
• Promote you as a expert.
• Send referrals.

Affiliate Agrees to:

• Pay 25% referral fee on the listing or selling side whichever is applicable.
• Work on the referral, send it back or send it on to the right agent who honors this agreement.

Membership understanding:

• Members share in referral fees that are sent on to another agent in another office 50/50.
• Members share in referral fees generated from banners on their website 50/50.
• Membership may be canceled at any time by either party.
