Anthony Marguleas, owner of AM Realty is a true entrepreneur who has seen his company grow through hard work and perseverance. Founded in 1994 as a residential sales company specializing in exclusive buyer representation and relocation, Mr. Marguleas has individually sold $25 million in properties. AM Realty was awarded Best New Business of Pacific Palisades in 1998 and Mr. Anthony Marguleas was listed in Who's Who in Creative Real Estate in 1996.
Mr. Marguleas received his Bachelor's degree in Business and History from the University
of California, Riverside, and has continued his education at the graduate program of Finance and Development at the University of Southern California.
Currently, he holds professional designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS, this designation represents only the top 4% of all Realtors), GRI (Graduate, Realty Institute),
LTG (Leadership Training Graduate) and ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative)
designations. He is a member of the Beverly Hills Los Angeles Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, California Association of Exclusive Buyer's Agents, National Association of
Exclusive Buyer's Agents, Buyer's Broker Registry, Employee Relocation Council, Real Estate Brokerage Managers Council,

Mr. Marguleas is currently vice-president of the Pacific Palisades Chamber of Commerce.
The Lili Claire Foundation (started in memory of Lili Claire, this charity helps children with genetic abnormalities) and the Santa Monica Homeless Shelter are among the charitable organizations that he remains active in. He resides in Pacific Palisades, California, with his wife and two children.
