Marian has been a licensed realtor in three
states - Florida, Alabama and Georgia and has

Rick retired from the corporate world they
decided to put their best talents together.
- Marian’s alma mater is
Florida Tech University - now University of
Central Florida and Rick’s is Auburn
University. Rick is a member of the Sigma Chi
Fraternity. Rick is also a member of the Cherokee
County Chamber of Commerce and is on several
committees with the Cherokee Association of
Realtors.
- Prior to becoming a realtor,
Marian also had experience in the building and
design industry. Both can read blueprints and can

Georgia, Marian has been in the top 1% nationally
