Real Estate Brokerage Experience Ed has been a licensed sales associate since 1995 and has experience in commercial and investment real estate brokerage following a long and successful business career.
Since entering the commercial real estate field, he has been responsible for a diverse range of brokerage transactions, including office and industrial sales and leasing, as well as sales of investment sales property.
He has also represented national franchise organizations in the sale and disposition of commercial/retail properties.
His small business background has allowed him to relate directly to the needs of small business owners/operators and to service their needs effectively.
Prior Business Experience Ed has over 30 years of business experience, rising through a number of sales and management positions in various firms until he acquired his own business nearly 20 years ago. He has simultaneously owned and operated multiple wholesale distributing companies in the Michiana area. Upon the sale of his businesses, he entered the real estate field, where he has been able to utilize his wealth of business expertise in servicing varied commercial clients and small business owners.

Ed is a registered real estate sales associate in the State of Indiana.
He is a Realtor Member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and a Member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors (ICBR).
He continues to take courses working toward the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial-Investment Member) designation awarded by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, a division of the National Association of Realtors.

(2) landlord and tenant representation.
In the buyer and seller representation area, Ed has concentrated on transactions involving office and retail properties, with significant efforts in industrial properties.
