Hays County .    AILSA SEBA     Associate Realtor I have lived in the New Braunfels area for 14 years , prior to that I lived in Houston for 11 years, I am originally from New York City, My Background includes a degree in Business Management, A degree in interior Design, I was in The Army for 3 years as an Air Traffic controller, Prior to moving to New Braunfels, I had my own Interior design business in Houston for aprox 10 yrs,This is what eventually lead me Into the Real estate Profession, Which I have doing for the last 14 yrs, I still do some design work, enjoy remodeling projects,, I feel that this has helped me in my career because I know Real estate not just from the marketing and selling of homes etc. But through my involvement in Space planning , remodeling, and construction experience. Personally I have been involved with several community groups including Habitat for Humanity, The muscular Dystrophy Fundraisers etc. My family for the most part Have also relocated to the area, so all my brothers and sisters are here now including my father. We have monthly gatherings and holidays etc are great. Some of my favorite pastimes and hobbies includes, Swimming, Bowling, Art & Crafts, Decorating projects, reading, Floating on the river, parasailing, etc. I am also an dog person I have 4 dogs which are my little ones now , .
