I got my license in 1977 and by the early 80's was in the top 5% of the residential brokers in Casper which is where I remain.

 My mix of sales is generally about 55% listings and 45% buyers which I find is the perfect mix to keep me current in all facets of the business. 

I have worked with the REALTOR organization on the local, state and national levels and have been state mortgage and finance chair and on the national committee.

 I have been REALTOR of the year for the state of Wyoming. 

From 1986 to 994 I was a relocation director for my office working with both home sales and buyers as well as my  regular representation of local buyers and sellers. 

I have established a reputation for honesty and professional dealings with my clients.

85% of my business is repeat and referral. 

Even after 23 years I love real estate and really enjoy the mix of clients I have.

 I believe this is a business of people and persistence.
